The overhead installation is a representation of the ocean and the coral and marine life that are now endangered due to climate change, plastic pollution and hazardous waste dumping. Our “want it new, want it now, want it fast” way of life is creating a monstrous plastic pollution issue that is taxing the planet. The packing and shipping materials are creating waste that isn’t manageable. We must change our ways and go back, as best we can, to a life where our every whimsical convenience shouldn’t be met; where we work for our planet and not our personal wants. We must change.
